Class Descriptions
Power YogaThis class is a vigorous flowing yoga that combines movement synchronized with breath and hatha alignment principals. This class is appropriate for those with a steady work out regimen or at least six months of solid yoga practice. However, beginners are welcome and modifications will be given. Mind-body connection will become more important as the movements become more advanced, and students will learn in depth breathing (pranayama) and begin to explore some yogic concentration principals to aid their physical practice (asana). Power yoga will leave you feeling invigorated, refreshed, and will calm your mind and help you get through the day with more clarity.

Yoga is a form of exercise that adapts to your needs and abilities that it can be done even by Senior Citizens. Yoga deals with your whole being. It makes your body fitter, the mind calmer and more relaxed. Yoga is also beneficial in the prevention and control of common health and emotional problems that is linked with Old Age. It helps you in becoming more in touch with yourself and your body enabling you to accept who you are and the state you are in which creates a positive approach in life.
Prenatal YogaPrenatal Yoga: classic yoga poses have been selected specifically for use during pregnancy. Poses to help relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy, from morning sickness to early labor pains, are included. This class will help with strength and alignment as well as preparing your body and mind for the birthing process. Class runs 75 minutes and modifications will be offered. This class is appropriate for all levels.
